Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy

The minerals referred to as conflict minerals, which include Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W), Gold (Au), Cobalt (Co), and Mica (also known as '3TG'), are sourced from areas that are affected by conflict or are at high risk of conflict, such as the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and neighbouring countries. The extraction and trade of these minerals in these areas may provide direct or indirect financial support to armed groups or contribute to human rights violations.

The Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy sets out the principles to which K.D.S. Pres Döküm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is committed to, in order to ensure a responsible and sustainable supply chain.

Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy;

As part of our commitment to corporate responsibility and respect for human rights, we aim to avoid using Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W), Gold (Au), Cobalt (Co) and Mica in our products, processes, domestic or international supply chain.

This is to ensure that we do not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or neighbouring countries.

At K.D.S. Pres Döküm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., we are dedicated to upholding the principle outlined in the first article with regards to the procurement of all materials used.
To ensure compliance, we will be utilizing the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) and the Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT), which we will readily provide to our customers upon request.

We commit.
