In KDS Casting; Design optimization studies are carried out in order to produce parts with the best quality and at the lowest possible cost by engaging in a collective work with the customer from the first starting point of the project and actively participating in the customer design process from the first stage of the design. The Plan - Apply - Check - Take action cycle is applied at every stage of the Project Management Process to easily achieve the required optimization.

The KDS; Flow and solidification simulations are done with MAGMASOFT Simulation Program; regions where air compression, cold joints and turbulence during flow are detected, such problems are minimized and runner designs in molds are optimized. Simulation studies are repeated many times when necessary to obtain the best quality product.

In KDS Casting; Project Feasibility studies are carried out with the participation of our Design, Project, Production and Quality Engineers. The data from the customers are examined in detail and the necessary optimization work is carried out for the most suitable production.
