Data and Documentation which are received from the customer during RFQ stage is examined in a detailed way and the necessary optimizations are applied for the most appropriate manufacturing.

During the optimization process, the parting lines, draft angles, wall thicknesses, core designs, ejectors etc. are rearranged and submit for the approval of the customers. Moreover, upon customer’s request necessary support is given for prototype part design, prototype mold is manufactured and prototype parts are produced before mass production.
